As Risk & Compliance Associate, you’ll play a central role in managing Raisin UK’s risk landscape and supporting our compliance monitoring. You'll help ensure our processes remain strong, scalable, and aligned with FCA requirements—while also having the chance to shape and improve how we operate.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the execution and evolution of the UK Risk Management Framework through analysis, controls testing, monitoring, and reporting.
- Coordinate risk assessments for new products, commercial initiatives, and strategic projects.
- Maintain the firm’s risk register and support regular internal and external reporting.
- Handle operational risk event tracking and reporting to both UK and Group governance bodies.
- Enhance and deliver risk management information (MI) reporting, working closely with stakeholders across the business.
- Collaborate with the Group Risk team to embed global risk strategy at the UK level.
Regulatory Compliance
- Assist with regulatory monitoring processes and help interpret the changing UK and EU regulatory landscape.
- Conduct compliance reviews in line with the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan.
- Support the Head of UK Compliance in preparing and confirming regulatory reports.
- Participate in ad-hoc compliance projects or support them in a project coordination role.
