Job Description

  • Manage and reduce operational risks within the company.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies and contingency plans.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to identify potential risks.
  • Conduct risk assessments and produce reports for senior management.
  • Train staff on risk management and safety practices once established.
  • Oversee insurance programmes and claims management.
  • Keep updated with new laws and regulations within the FMCG industry.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exposure to Risk Management and Brokering Insurance sectors (beneficial).
  • Proficiency in risk management software and tools, e.g., LogicGate, Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
