Job Description:

The role is home-based with travel to WTW offices and clients and prospects throughout the United Kingdom (and occasionally overseas) where required.

The Role

You will be an independent risk advisor to clients and prospects, providing consultation and advice on a wide range of risk management needs.

You’ll support the identification and development of the client’s risk profile to align with risk mitigation, transfer, and tolerance strategies.

Additionally, you will develop and support new business opportunities and revenue generation in line with the GB Retail sales strategy, focusing on driving New New (NN) and New From Existing (NFE) business and other growth activities to achieve superior results.

Responsibilities

  • Working with clients and prospects to identify and evaluate risk exposure, risk maturity, claims profile, and governance arrangements, providing external perspective and challenge.
  • Identifying sales opportunities across risk and claims management propositions.
  • Managing key client accounts from a risk and claims perspective.
  • Building internal and external networks through regular risk meetings with clients, account teams, and industry groups.
  • Facilitating panel and promotional events, providing expert advice on risk and claims management.
  • Connecting with clients and prospects to understand their current and future risk needs, delivering added value.
  • Supporting bid tenders and leveraging new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining a high profile internally and externally, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, risk methodologies, and emerging risks.
  • Reviewing client claims to identify areas for risk management improvement.
