Job summary

Gravity Recruit is seeking an experienced Risk Partner to help embed and operate our clients' enterprise risk management framework. You will work with teams across the business to identify, assess, and monitor key risks while providing challenging, clear reporting and trusted second-line oversight.

Based in Liverpool with a hybrid working pattern, you will support governance forums, assist with risk training, and contribute to resilience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management or second-line risk roles.
• Background in a regulated Financial Services environment.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills; ability to explain complex risk issues clearly.
• High attention to detail, integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Embed and operate enterprise risk management framework across client business units.
• Identify, assess, and document key risks with senior stakeholders.
• Review controls, challenge assumptions, and provide pragmatic risk advice.
• Maintain risk registers and monitor changes in risk profile.
• Produce high-quality risk reporting, dashboards, and KRIs.

• Support governance forums and liaise with audit and compliance
• Contribute to risk training, process improvements, and operational resilience activities

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in risk management or second‑line risk roles
• Background in a regulated Financial Services environment
• Strong analytical and stakeholder‑management skillsAbility to explain complex risk issues clearly
• High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism

£50,000 Basic + Benefits + Package
