A leading insurance provider in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Risk Oversight Manager to ensure effective oversight of third-party providers in the medical sector. This role involves developing risk frameworks and engaging with senior management on assurance activities. Do you have expertise in creating risk-based, pragmatic standards, policies and frameworks, particularly with regards to third-party provider oversight and assurance? We’re looking for a Risk Oversight Manager – Third Party Assurance to lead high-impact oversight of third-party providers, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. This is a pivotal role with immediate responsibility for assessing and challenging the effectiveness of risk and control frameworks. Reporting to our Head of Strategic Risk and Resilience, you’ll lead in the oversight of medical and clinical provider third-party providers to ensure the management of conduct and operational risks. This’ll include creating and delivering governance for medical and clinical third-party provider risk frameworks and assurance models. You’ll also strengthen and develop clinical governance and third-party providers oversight processes and controls and determining and analysing key reporting findings to the Executive Committee.

You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
