Tokio Marine Kiln is recruiting a permanent Risk Officer to join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. Reporting to the Head of ERM, you will support the operation of TMK's ERM framework, helping to identify, assess, monitor and report risk across the business.
You will promote a strong risk culture, provide second-line challenge, and ensure risk activities align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) is recruiting for a permanent Risk Officer to join our ERM team. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management, you will support the effective operation of TMK's Enterprise Risk Management framework, helping to identify, assess, monitor and report risk across the business. The role plays an important part in promoting a strong risk culture, providing independent second-line challenge and ensuring risk management activities remain aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop and broaden your expertise within Enterprise Risk Management. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, gaining exposure to a wide range of strategic, operational and regulatory risk activities. You'll join a collaborative and supportive environment where you'll contribute to strengthening TMK's risk framework, influencing business decision-making and helping to embed effective risk management practices across the organisation.
