Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification/work experience.
• Understanding of regulatory environment regarding financial crime.
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint essential.
• Basic understanding of qualitative risk models.
• Autonomous and proactive work attitude with responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• German language is advantageous.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and ethical data use.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual CRRM risk list reviews across all risk lists.
• Conduct regulatory reviews covering financial crime risk types.
• Maintain and update financial crime risk models.
• Coordinate working groups with internal stakeholders.
• Create and manage global AFC risk lists (e.g., country risk).
• Act as key contact for AFC Global Risk Lists across divisions.
