We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join our Group Risk Management team.
Reporting to the Senior Risk Manager, you will support the team in managing and developing the processes and strategy of risk management throughout the IntegraFin Holdings plc group to meet both its business objectives and regulatory requirements.
The Role
Managing a small team, your primary responsibilities will include:
Candidates should have a solid understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and internal controls in line with good practice applicable to the Group. Extensive experience in risk management within a regulated financial services environment is essential. Experience in people management, coaching, and developing team members is beneficial, even if not in a formal management role. Knowledge of FCA (investment firms prudential regime) and PRA (insurance) regulatory requirements, operational risk management, and capital assessment modeling is fundamental.
In this role, you will uphold the highest standards of governance, risk management, compliance, and internal controls. You must be objective, accountable, confident, and courageous enough to challenge views at all levels with constructive suggestions and alternatives. Excellent communication skills, impact, and influence in both oral and written forms are required. Self-motivation and initiative are also crucial.
