I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Risk Manager to join their team

Job Description

As Risk Manager, your main responsibilities are:

• Providing specialist risk support and guidance, to global procurement teams
• Engaging of stakeholders at all levels
• Lead strategic supplier review meetings, providing financial support
• Quantify risk, to give a clear understanding of potential costs and steps required
• Lead the response to supplier distress and insolvency
• Providing oversight and guidance, on complex legal and commercial issues

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Experience in corporate insolvency or restructuring, including both legal and operational issues.
• A strong and inspirational leader.
• Capable of providing clear direction from the outset and providing the tools, for team to succeed.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)
• Able to pitch their message at the right level for the audience.
• Business acumen, a drive for results, a passion to succeed, personal initiative and influencing skills
