Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare risk management meetings, committees, Board and Exco meetings.
  • Coordinate with Assurance to align risk activities.
  • Design and implement risk reporting for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Lead risk-oriented project teams across different jurisdictions and time zones.
  • Collaborate with the Group Risk team to develop risk management strategies and principles.
  • Maintain an effective divisional risk management system including strategies, processes, and reporting procedures.
  • Review and challenge risk management processes to ensure proper identification, quantification, management, mitigation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with Internal Audit and other parties to review risk management work and ensure timely completion of actions.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead junior risk management team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior legal, risk, or compliance roles within large international companies.
  • Experience in heavily regulated environments such as gaming, banking, or pharma.
  • Track record in risk management and cross-functional change projects, managing projects from conception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments and jurisdictions.
  • Experience engaging with regulators, external advisors, and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
