We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon, Bournemouth or London offices.

What you'll be doing

A typical day will include working with the team to maintain, develop and promote the use of MetricStream. This could include anything from:

  • Identifying, Analysing and Evaluating system change requests, and managing the change roadmap, including managing the day to day supplier interactions
  • Championing the system across the business, and ensuring readiness to adopt changes and functionality
  • Delivering training and building awareness of the system and its capabilities
  • Overseeing interactions / data flows with upstream and downstream systems and applications
  • Managing a small team of system focused risk analysts and managing day to day supplier interactions
  • Leading the MetricStream Platform Change Forum and representing MetricStream viewpoints in other risk areas (e.g. Risk Practitioners Working Group)

Of course, as a manager of a small team, we’ll also need you to help motivate and inspire your team members.

About you

  • Previous experience of managing a GRC tool and/or systems management experience backed up with strong risk management knowledge
  • Demonstrable experience of providing subject matter expertise and presenting this to non-technical stakeholders.

  • The ability to work collaboratively, with strong relationship building and influencing skills and the confidence to communicate up to senior stakeholders (e.g. ExCo-1).
  • Experience leading/coaching a small team.
