Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Risk Manager to join the Programme Management Office (PMO). The role involves leading and supporting a network of risk professionals across the programme, with hybrid working arrangements across Warrington, Manchester or Derby.
You will drive risk registers, facilitate reviews, and provide analytics to inform decisions. A recognised risk management qualification and experience in major infrastructure or complex programmes are preferred.

Salary: £63,600.00 - £83,500.00 depending on experience

In this context, we are looking for a Risk Manager to join our PMO team, reporting to the Senior Risk Manager. Leading and supporting a network of risk professionals across the programme, this is a high‑profile opportunity to shape how risk management is embedded, measured and continuously improved across a nationally significant infrastructure programme.
