Job summary

IT Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Risk Manager for a major defence consultancy supporting a large UK infrastructure programme in Derby. You must be a sole UK national from birth and eligible for SC clearance (or hold it already).

In this role, you will own risk management across a complex environment, running quantitative risk and schedule analysis across the programme and supporting Earned Value Management frameworks with strong governance.

Risk Manager wanted by a major defence consultancy supporting a large UK infrastructure programme in Derby, which is critical to national security. You must be a sole UK national from birth to apply, and be eligible for SC clearance (or hold it already).

This Risk Manager role will see you take ownership of risk management across a complex infrastructure environment. You will be responsible for running quantitative risk and schedule analysis across key programme / project controls scope. You'll also support development of Earned Value Management frameworks and ensure strong risk governance.

As a Risk Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Risk to deliver structured risk analysis, mitigation planning and contingency development - and ensure risk is fully integrated with planning and cost functions.

• You must be a sole UK national from birth
• Experience within infrastructure, defence or complex capital programmes is essential
• Strong experience in risk management roles supporting large PMO / project controls
• Strong understanding of schedule and cost risk
• Exposure to EVMS (desirable)

This role offers a salary of £60,000-£100,000 plus benefits, with 3 days per week onsite in Derby.

Sole UK Nationality and SC clearance eligibility is essential.
