As part of the Corporate Bank, Risk Management Solutions (RMS) provides Client Coverage and Sales expertise to service the Treasury and Risk Management related needs of Corporates and other Non-Bank Financial Institutions. While being part of the RMS FX United Kingdom (UK) team, you will work with a combination of Financial Times Stock Exchange 100/250 Index (FTSE100/ FTSE 250) Clients, high yield corporate and FinTechs to manage their FX risks globally, through hedging solutions.

The role requires you to work in close partnership with all other areas of the Bank who interact with these clients to provide solutions on a wholistic basis.

You will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, originating FX opportunities, and driving revenue growth in line with the Bank's strategy.

Your key responsibilities
  • Leveraging Deutsche Bank’s strong FX brand name to originate and distribute FX business and also service existing clients.
  • Developing a deep understanding of client needs and cultivating sustainable relationships for the Bank.
  • Developing a sound knowledge of the Bank’s capabilities from a FX product perspective and well as staying close to the Markets to be a trusted adviser to clients.
  • Identifying and contacting prospective clients and building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Operating within the relevant legal, regulatory and bank policy requirement.
Your skills and experience
  • Demonstrate strong client sales skills and comfort with marketing to and negotiating with client representatives.
  • Strong work ethic and a culture of collaboration.
  • A strong knowhow of FX markets, common challenges, product suite, basic corporate accounting.
  • Have a solution mindset rather than a product focussed mindset.
  • Experience in Corporate FX Sales and would be additionally helpful to have some key client relationships.
