The Riskbusiness team is responsible for managing the firm’s risk, providing financial control, and reporting functions. Our work includes assessing the creditworthiness of counterparties, monitoring market risks related to trading activities, and supporting analytical and regulatory compliance efforts. Our risk division develops comprehensive processes to monitor, assess, and manage risks from expected and unexpected events that could impact the firm. Risk teams play a critical role, guiding how the firm takes and manages risk.
Risk professionals perform essential daily activities, lead projects, and contribute to advancing robust risk management programs. Effective coordination with executive management, business units, control departments, and technology is vital. Operating in a fast-changing environment, risk teams are curious, challenge assumptions, and strive for excellence.
