WHAT WE DO

Embedded in everything we do, risk management is key to effectively identifying, monitoring, and anticipating the diverse array of risks the firm faces in serving clients and operating its global businesses.

The Riskbusiness team is responsible for managing the firm’s risk, providing financial control, and reporting functions. Our work includes assessing the creditworthiness of counterparties, monitoring market risks related to trading activities, and supporting analytical and regulatory compliance efforts. Our risk division develops comprehensive processes to monitor, assess, and manage risks from expected and unexpected events that could impact the firm. Risk teams play a critical role, guiding how the firm takes and manages risk.

Risk professionals perform essential daily activities, lead projects, and contribute to advancing robust risk management programs. Effective coordination with executive management, business units, control departments, and technology is vital. Operating in a fast-changing environment, risk teams are curious, challenge assumptions, and strive for excellence.

  • Credit Risk: evaluates the creditworthiness and financial stability of clients to determine acceptable credit exposure levels.
  • Finance Risk: manages the firm’s liquidity risk framework, including stress testing and limit governance.
  • Market Risk: assesses, monitors, and manages risks arising from market condition changes.
  • Operational Risk: develops and implements frameworks to identify, measure, monitor, and manage risks related to systems, personnel, processes, and external events.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and judgment skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders.
  • Discretion with sensitive information, integrity, and sound judgment.
