The role focuses on professional liability, insurance, and broader legal risk matters. The successful candidate will support the management of claims, complaints, insurance processes, and regulatory investigations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management and reporting of legal claims and client complaints
• Draft responses and liaise with external bodies
• Assist with insurance notifications and renewals
• Contribute to internal and regulatory investigations
• Handle contentious matters involving the firm and its suppliers
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards

Required Experience

• Qualified lawyer with 5-7 years’ experience in civil/commercial litigation
• Experience in professional negligence and claims against legal professionals is preferred
• Familiarity with insurance coverage issues is advantageous
• Experience may be from either private practice or in-house roles
