Barclays is seeking a Risk Assessment Unit Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders and understand Financial Crime risk exposure within Barclaycard Payments. You will promote proactive risk management, governance and control, driving continuous improvement of the control environment and instigating change where needed.

Qualifications

• First hand experience in managing high-risk KYC and EDD cases.
• Stakeholder management at Senior Executive Committee level with ability to create and maintain highly engaging relationships, challenging the status quo, and driving strategic, innovative, and competitive solutions.

Responsabilités

• Identify and evaluate potential non-compliance risks and implement mitigations.
• Lead investigations into alleged policy, regulatory or legal breaches.
• Provide training to raise awareness of compliance and ethics.
• Document investigation processes and recommend corrective actions.
• Utilise data analytics to improve investigation efficiency.
• Use internal/external information to support investigations.
• Fulfil external reporting obligations where applicable.
