Job summary

Suntory Holdings Limited is offering a Risk Insurance & Business Continuity Intern position to assist the Risk & Insurance Managers across Europe in day-to-day risk management, insurance, and business continuity activities within a multinational FMCG setting.

You will help update risk registers, prepare materials for risk committees, and support workshops and claims administration while gaining practical exposure to enterprise risk management.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with degree in business, finance, economics, law, risk management, insurance, international business or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to analyze information and present findings clearly
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across teams and countries
• Team player with collaborative mindset
• Proactive, reliable, and willing to take ownership of tasks
• Language skills such as French or Spanish
• Interest in risk management, insurance, business continuity, resilience, governance or compliance

Responsibilities

• Support coordination and administration of SBFE's risk management processes and activities.
• Assist in updating risk registers, tracking mitigation actions, and maintaining accurate risk information.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for risk committees and management.
• Collect, review, and organize risk-related information from European markets and functions.
• Contribute to monitoring emerging risks, trends, and lessons learned from incidents or claims.
• Assist in planning and delivering risk workshops, training sessions, and awareness materials.
• Support insurance renewal activities by gathering data and liaising with stakeholders and brokers.
• Maintain insurance records, schedules, policy documentation, and internal guidance materials.
• Assist with claims administration including logging claims and preparing management information.
• Support business continuity documentation, plan updates, testing activities, and exercises.
• Conduct research and basic analysis on risk, insurance, claims, and business continuity topics.
• Support ongoing projects and assist the team with day-to-day tasks and ad hoc requests.

About your role

The purpose of this position is to support Risk & Insurance Managers in delivering day-to-day risk management, insurance, and business continuity activities across Europe, gaining practical experience in enterprise risk management within a multinational FMCG environment.
