Job summary

Suntory Holdings Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a People Partner to deliver high-quality HR support and drive employee experience. You will partner with employees and people managers to implement HR programs, policies, and best practices across the site.

Responsibilities include advising on performance management, leading ER cases, supporting interviews and talent development, and acting as the liaison between Global HR and local teams.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of broad HR functional areas, compliance, and local business processes.
• Strong employee relations knowledge and familiarity with local employment laws.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in a customer-facing HR role within manufacturing or beverage industry.
• Experience with global/regional HR program roll-outs.
• HR certifications or advanced training.

About your role

What You'll Do
