Nationwide is offering a Risk & Governance Industrial Placement in London. The 12-month programme combines practical experience with professional development and on‑the‑job learning, across Compliance, Economic Crime, or Operational Risk Oversight.

You'll work in a hybrid model, spend at least two days per week in the London office, and gain hands-on experience while building skills in analysis, stakeholder management, and business improvement, including AI.

Qualifications

• An interest in governance, risk management, regulatory interpretation and business improvement.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a risk and governance context.
• Ability to work with others to solve problems and deliver outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Support regulatory compliance activities and risk controls within Risk & Governance.
• Assist in oversight of operational risk and governance processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Nationwide to deliver meaningful work.
• Develop and apply problem-solving and analytical skills, including AI-related initiatives.
