Responsibilities

• Participate in induction and structured learning to settle in and grow.
• Join a 10‑month collaborative project with other Industrial Placement students.
• Work in one of three specialist areas: Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, Economic Crime or Operational Risk Oversight.
• Develop transferable skills across communication, stakeholder engagement, problem solving and continuous improvement.
