Aviva plc is seeking a Risk Governance Manager - Enterprise Risk to lead risk oversight across all three lines, producing high-quality opinions and board reporting, and challenging senior management on financial and non-financial risks.
You can be a qualified or part-qualified actuary or accountant with insurance sector experience, strong analytical ability, and a proven track record of influencing decisions through effective stakeholder engagement.
Salary: National Circa £80,000 : London Circa £100,000
This is a great job for someone who is a qualified or part-qualified actuary or accountant with strong financial risk experience gained within the insurance sector. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can provide constructive challenge, influence key business decisions and deliver insightful risk reporting to senior stakeholders and Board-level committees.
As part of Aviva Insurance Limited's Enterprise Risk team, you'll play a key role in helping the business navigate an evolving risk landscape. Working across all three lines of defence, you'll provide oversight, insight and challenge to support strategic and operational decision-making. You'll produce high-quality risk opinions and Board-level reporting, analyse risk trends and emerging issues, and contribute to assurance reviews across a broad range of financial and non-financial risks. Working closely with the Enterprise Risk Lead, Enterprise Risk Director and Chief Risk Officer, you'll help shape and enhance the Risk Management Framework while building strong relationships across the business.
