Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)'s mission is to shape Bank strategy for risk management at enterprise level, unconstrained by risk types and geographies, together with ERM's partners in Risk and the Bank. ERM manages the enterprise-level risk management framework so that all risks are identified, owned and controlled Bank-wide; and within the agreed risk appetite and culture.
The Climate and Environmental (“C&E”) risk team owns the bank’s framework for the management of Climate Transition, Physical and Nature risks. The team develops approaches and methodologies for the assessment of C&E risks, and is responsible for the related appetite setting, monitoring, and disclosures.
In this exciting role, you will help to take the bank’s nature risk management framework to its next chapter, encompassing governance, risk identification and monitoring, and risk appetite setting.
