Risk Management Framework Role

Implement, embed, and maintain the risk management framework through:

  1. Design and delivery of framework minimum standards and guidance.
  2. Providing industry/subject matter expertise on risk framework design and development.
  3. Ongoing maintenance of the framework document estate and associated processes.
  4. Supporting the business through advice, guidance, and interpretation of risk management requirements per the framework.
  5. Collaborating with the Group Risk team to identify and provide data and insights supporting framework maintenance and application, including stakeholder feedback.
  6. Ensuring team collaboration to proactively discuss and manage key priorities.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Financial Services or Insurance preferred.
  • Experience in risk oversight, risk management framework design, delivery, implementation, or 1st line risk business partnering.
  • Holding or studying towards a recognized risk management qualification (e.g., Certificate in Operational Risk Management, International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management) or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for detailed, concise analysis and stakeholder presentations.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to create and maintain well-documented records and follow governance protocols.
  • Comfortable presenting to and consulting with senior stakeholders.
  • Passion for continuous improvement.
  • Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.
