Risk & Feedback Facilitator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for patient safety, experience, and clinical governance to join NHS Golden Jubilee.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Clinical Governance Department by providing support on feedback, claims, and adverse events management. The post involves offering assistance and advice to staff, patients, and visitors as needed.

Primary responsibilities include managing Feedback and Complaints, with linkage to our adverse event management system. The role also involves performing quality control checks and liaising with colleagues on risk and adverse event management.

The post holder will contribute to designing systems and processes that comply with national requirements, including contact with the procurator fiscal and support for Fatal Accident Inquiries (FAI). Additionally, the role supports the wider Clinical Governance agenda and service clinical governance forums.
