Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC is seeking a Risk Engineering Coordinator to support the UK and Europe risk engineering team. The role coordinates survey requests, assigns work to engineers, and distributes reports to underwriters, brokers, and clients.

You will maintain the RE-Port-like systems, build management reports and liaise with IT for platform upgrades, while ensuring data quality and timely communication.

Qualifications

• A-Levels or higher with coordination and admin experience.
• Advanced Excel; knowledge of underwriting tools preferred (e.g., Eclipse, Power BI).
• Experience managing processes and liaising with stakeholders in insurance.
• SQL Reporting Services knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support for Risk Engineering in the UK and Europe.
• Coordinate survey requests and assign to engineers with HRE/Deputy.
• Generate KPI reports and assist in client/account reporting.
• Maintain reporting platforms and internal resources.
