Job Description:

This role offers flexible working hours: part-time, job-share, or full-time. It is based at home in South UK, with travel to customer sites across London and the Home Counties. The role is an essential car user (ECU) position with a company car allowance.

We seek candidates with experience in Property & Business Assessments and some Account Engineering background, eager to develop into an established Account Engineer with training and support. The role involves working with our Risk Management team to provide risk assessments, technical advice, and solutions to clients, supporting their risk management programs and reducing losses.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing customer service strategies to reduce loss and improve risk management.
  • Conducting desktop and on-site assessments following technical guidelines.
  • Generating reports, benchmarking, and conducting review meetings.
  • Managing risk improvement actions across accounts.
  • Supporting business development and technical insight sharing.
  • Delivering risk engineering programs and providing technical support for large projects.
  • Engaging with business partners in London.
Requirements:
  • Experience in property loss prevention, Business Interruption, and Natural Hazards; willingness to upskill in Fire Protection.
  • Experience assessing High Rise buildings.
  • Experience managing customer accounts and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent (desirable).
