They are seeking an experienced Risk Development Team Lead to guide and mentor a team of software engineers in enhancing their risk management platform. This role, reporting to the Global Head of Development, is a hands-on leadership position that requires proficiency in Python and the ability to drive the design, development, and maintenance of critical applications.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of engineers in developing risk management solutions
Provide direction on architecture, design, and functionality
Participate in hands-on development, code reviews, and technical feedback
Collaborate with product management, quants, and clients to gather and analyze requirements
Qualifications
10+ years in trading/risk management solution development
Strong Python proficiency
Leadership skills in fast-paced environments
