Job summary

Flair for Recruitment is partnering with an established financial services business to recruit a Risk Associate for its Risk, Compliance & Oversight function. This second-line role supports the business in identifying, understanding and managing risk across areas, combining risk oversight, data analysis, control monitoring and financial crime.

Responsibilities

• Support development and oversight of risk and control frameworks.
• Analyse risk data and produce MI.
• Help business teams identify, assess, log and manage risks.
• Monitor incidents and assess data protection breaches.
• Coordinate control testing and monitoring activities.
• Support financial crime monitoring and reviews.
• Produce risk reporting for senior management.
• Support and develop risk management systems and processes.
• Provide risk input into wider business projects.
