Due to positive growth and expansion within the bank, we’re adding 3 additional Risk & Control Partners to our busy and vital Risk & Control Discipline.
About our Risk & Control Discipline
The 1st line Risk & Control Discipline (RCD) aligns to the various Collectives across all of Monzo. The RCD has multiple teams made up of Risk & Control Business Partners and risk experts that offer each business area tailored guidance and support on how to stay compliant with regulations, and design controls that mitigate risk. The RCD also makes sure that key risk indicators are well-defined and understood, risk incidents are managed, MI & reporting packs are created, and risk & control assessments are completed.

These roles can be based in our London office, but we're open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London).
