Job Description:

• Deliver CDRP services to GB Retail clients and prospects to support Regional and Industry Practice Leaders, Account Teams, New Business Leads, Project Managers, etc., in achieving GB Retail’s strategic and financial goals.

• Support new business propositions, account defenses, and delivery of Claims Defensibility & Regulatory projects in line with client expectations.

• Assist Loss Management, Claims, and Account Teams with civil claims management advice and support for GB Retail clients, adding value to claims management programs.

• Analyze claims management data and liaise with clients and Loss Management to identify opportunities to promote relevant Risk Management services, focusing on Claims Defensibility, Regulatory, Health and Safety, and Stress and Mental Health practices.

• Engage with clients to assess current claims defensibility and regulatory arrangements.

• Provide objective advice on a wide range of risk issues.

• Support clients in creating, amending, or revising documentation, policies, and procedures as part of avoidance and defense strategies.

• Deliver training sessions on accident investigation and related topics.

• Support clients’ risk management journey and help achieve their strategic goals.
