Overview

Risk & Compliance Manager - Law Firm
Hybrid – Hampshire, with travel between offices

Are you an experienced risk and compliance professional looking to make a real impact in a growing national law firm?

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a lead role where you’ll partner with senior leadership to shape and embed the firm’s compliance culture.

Reporting directly to the Risk & Compliance Partner, you’ll act as a trusted adviser across the firm, ensuring compliance with all regulatory obligations while supporting a culture of ethical and effective practice.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading on compliance with SRA regulations, AML, GDPR and wider regulatory requirements
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring risk & compliance policies and frameworks
  • Conducting audits, risk assessments and compliance reviews, with actionable improvements
  • Delivering training and practical guidance to lawyers and staff on risk & compliance issues
  • Supporting on client due diligence, onboarding and AML checks
  • Partnering with leadership to drive a firm-wide culture of compliance
About You

Previous experience in a risk and compliance role within a law firm

Strong knowledge of SRA regulations, AML, and data protection

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and problem-solving skills

Proactive, detail-focused and collaborativein approach
