Qualifications

• GCSE and A Level results.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience in legal or financial services.
• Driving licence and transport for travel to other offices.
• Confidentiality/Data Protection understanding.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Diplomacy with assertiveness when needed.
• Discrete with high confidentiality.
• Willing to travel to all offices.

Responsibilities

• General compliance administration and tasks.
• Completing file opening tasks.
• Completing AML E-ID checks to meet AML regulations and liaising with Fee Earners to improve compliance.
• Keeping records up to date and accurate.
• Maintaining detailed logs with evidence.
• Organising training and maintaining records.
