The Role

Risk & Compliance Assistant

Join our Risk and Compliance team to support business compliance with company policies and manage risk related to Suppliers and Debtors.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Contract Management: Maintain the Group Contracts Database, ensure all contracts are up-to-date, and manage contract pipelines.
  • Risk Management: Update and track supplier and debtor financial risks, manage alerts, and support legislative compliance including Modern Slavery and Supplier Security.
  • Data Support: Assist with data extraction for team reporting and refresh Power BI reports.
  • Invoice Reconciliation: Administer hotel invoice reconciliation and manage virtual payment card transactions.
  • Project Support: Contribute to key projects within the team and provide cover during colleague absences.
