Cadent is looking for a Risk and Assurance Support Officer to strengthen controls across its Capital Delivery projects and supply chain. You’ll assist with second-line assurance planning, driving improvements and supporting regulatory compliance.

You’ll work with the Risk, Reporting and Assurance team to deliver robust assurance programmes and meaningful performance insights. You will analyse information, investigate issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes and outcomes,

Qualifikationen

• Full UK driving licence.
• Lead or Internal Auditor qualification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001) or equivalent internal auditor training.
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification preferred.
• NEBOSH General Certificate desirable.

As our Risk and Assurance Support Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of risk and assurance activities across Cadents Capital Delivery projects and our supply chain. This isn't just about auditing processes, it's about helping the business identify risks, improve controls and drive continuous improvement across operational activities.

Working closely with the Risk, Reporting and Assurance team, you'll support the planning, design and delivery of second-line assurance activities across Cadents Capital Delivery process and our supply chain/contract partners. You'll help ensure assurance programmes are robust, risks are effectively managed and recommendations lead to meaningful improvements in performance and compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing information, investigating issues and working collaboratively with stakeholders to improve business processes and outcomes.
