Job summary

Menzies LLP in London is launching our Risk Assurance and Advisory Graduate programme. You’ll embark on a structured journey to build knowledge, skills and experience in accountancy while benefiting from a fast-tracked career development plan and qualification path.

You’ll be supported to study ACCA or CIA and work with mainly not-for-profit and public sector clients. The role starts January 2027 and is located at our London office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• Two A-levels and a further A level or equivalent.
• 5 GCSEs grades A*-C including Maths and English.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

What does our Risk Assurance and Advisory team do?

Our Risk, Assurance and Advisory team plays a vital role in assisting our clients to achieve their strategic objectives. The team provides assurance and consulting services to improve the governance, risk management and control processes supporting decision making and overall performance, adding value and ensuring operations are effective, efficient, and compliant.

You’ll work with predominantly not‑for‑profit and public sector organisations to evaluate how well risks are being managed, how the business is running, and if current internal processes are sufficient or could be improved. The work of the team covers all aspects of client performance, from Board level governance, strategic planning and value for money, to HR, health and safety and front‑line operations, and complements the work on financial control and the financial statements undertaken by the client’s corporate auditors.

As part of this opportunity, you’ll receive full support to study towards a recognised professional qualification, with the option to pursue either the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), helping you build a strong foundation for long‑term career progression.

Please note this role is due to start in January 2027.
