Responsibilities

• Own the profitability and credit risk appetite annual recertification, quarterly reporting, sensitivity analysis and stakeholder management across geographies and entities.
• Partner with risk stripe leads to maintain a central view of financial risks within ICB.
• Lead on risk appetite development for new lending products and propositions.
• Provide early insights and risk appetite views of new business plans and macroeconomic changes.
• Develop and review risk appetite policies and procedures and adapt to strategy.
• Maintain and execute controls related to key risk appetite processes.
• Support Material Risk Inventory and emerging risk identification.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal Entity Risk, Finance, Credit Risk, and Forecasting teams.
