We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Team Manager to lead our CDD team in ensuring the effective implementation and oversight of our CDD processes. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our compliance framework and managing risk in line with regulatory expectations.
Following the recent mass migration after Project Cactus, this opportunity focuses on driving quality and consistency across the CDD team’s outputs. The successful candidate will lead efforts to enhance quality scores, ensure adherence to SLAs, and embed robust performance metrics across day-to-day operations. Maintaining high standards in data accuracy, timeliness, and customer experience will be key measures of success.
This role plays a strategic part in developing a UKI CDD function, building stronger partnerships with the PPB CDD Team, and ensuring processes are in place to support the longer-term success of our CDD function across UKI. The CDD Team Manager will be instrumental in shaping operational improvements, fostering a culture of accountability, and supporting team development through coaching and continuous improvement initiatives.
This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the future structure and performance of our CDD function, contributing to long-term alignment and compliance excellence across the business.
