Risk & Compliance Manager, Wiltshire, £60,000+ (DOE) – An exciting opportunity for an experienced and approachable Legal Risk & Compliance professional who enjoys providing considered advice and pragmatic solutions.

THE ROLE:

• Shape and deliver the firm's risk management and compliance strategy.
• Lead initiatives to protect the firm, advise senior leaders on regulatory changes, and promote best practices across teams.
• Provide expert advice on legal risk, regulatory compliance, and data protection.
• Design and deliver tailored compliance training for all staff levels.
• Lead internal audits, compliance reviews, and report to the Management Board.
• Assist the Risk & Compliance Partner with claims and complaints resolution.
• Conduct firm-wide risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Draft, review, and maintain clear, user-friendly policies and procedures.
