We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Risk and Compliance Analyst to support risk analysis and control implementation aligned with regulatory and client frameworks. The role requires excellent critical thinking, strong analytical skills, and independence.

You will contribute to Elliptic’s growth by enhancing our risk and compliance processes, supporting existing frameworks, and developing new operational methods that align with our strategic goals.

Working in a small, dynamic team within a rapidly scaling company, you should embody a growth mindset, collaborate effectively, and be eager to take on evolving responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supporting the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) processes
2. Enhancing and maturing ERMF processes and procedures.
3. Conducting risk assessments and communicating operational risks to stakeholders.
4. Developing controls to mitigate risks and monitoring their effectiveness.
5. Analyzing risk data and presenting findings to management.
6. Assisting in the development of risk policies and training programs.

1. Developing and managing the organisational compliance framework
2. Understanding and applying relevant regulatory requirements.
3. Creating and implementing compliance policies and maintaining records.
4. Using ERMF to identify non-compliance and monitor controls.
5. Performing internal audits and reporting on control effectiveness.
6. Supporting client compliance and audit processes with documentation and evidence.
