Role Purpose

The Risk Analyst and Systems Support role ensures our systems are efficient and that data is used to reduce operational risk and improve performance. The role requires in-depth knowledge of risk systems such as EMPOWER, MORSE, SMART, and Q5, and skills in analyzing data from these systems.

The role involves working with global end users to ensure system access and effective use, providing support, reporting issues, and working with suppliers on system enhancements and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and set up risk management systems.
• Maintain data integrity and system reliability.
• Support ticket management and system performance monitoring.
• Develop documentation and training materials for users.
• Coordinate between risk teams, users, and IT.
• Support business startups, integrations, and international travel as needed.
• Support LMS platforms for certification and compliance, including user support, reporting, and content management.

Safety, Security, Wellbeing, and Compliance

Ensure a safe working environment, adhere to safety policies, and comply with substance misuse testing policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Knowledge of IT systems administration, especially related to Safety, Security, and Learning Management Systems.
