We’re working with a UK-based bank looking to add a Risk Analyst to its Credit Administration team in London. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role supporting secured lending activity from documentation through to completion checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review facility letters and associated lending documentation
• Liaise with solicitors, valuers, and internal teams to ensure all deal requirements are met
• Track and follow up on conditions precedent and subsequent
• Review valuation reports and identify any red flags
• Ensure documentation complies with internal credit approvals and policy
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems accordingly
• Support wider credit and risk functions with audit-ready documentation and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a credit administration, lending operations, or documentation role
• Strong understanding of secured lending to both individuals and corporates
• Familiarity with loan structuring, covenants, and condition tracking
• Confidence working across stakeholders to ensure timelines and compliance are met
• High attention to detail, with a strong grasp of lending processes within a UK-regulated bank
