We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial team at Marsh. This role is part of a national team and can be based from any of our New Zealand branches.

As Risk Advisor – Personal Lines, you will work with insurer partners to provide personal lines insurance solutions and assistance to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to all clients.
  • Servicing small client accounts with support from senior team members.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with insurers and adhering to quality standards.
  • Producing accurate quotations, renewal documents, invoices, and policy documentation in a timely manner.
  • Managing claims, premium funding, and credit control efficiently.

Requirements:

  • New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5).
