The role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members, with a strong focus on food quality and standards. You will use your food knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
  • Is ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members
  • Has an understanding of food safety, health and safety standards, and kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
