What you’ll do

The primary goal of the Rise with SAP Solution Specialist is to achieve revenue targets by working with the Market Unit Cloud ERP Leader, Industry Account Teams, Pre-Sales, and other functions to accelerate customer adoption of Cloud ERP and initiate their Rise with SAP journey.

This role involves identifying, qualifying, and developing Rise opportunities, leading opportunity plans with value propositions, and nurturing senior executive relationships. The specialist should have expertise in selling Cloud Services and be capable of engaging directly with senior stakeholders.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Drive adoption and execution of customer engagement frameworks to promote sales and growth.
  • Support forecast processes and execute strategies to acquire new customers at scale.
  • Build pipeline coverage, drive pipeline progression, and meet quarterly targets.

Pipeline and Opportunity Management

  • Collaborate with industry teams and Rise with SAP to develop and execute pipeline strategies.
  • Educate target accounts, conduct strategic account planning, and manage large sales cycles.
  • Engage directly in opportunities, lead customer engagements, and ensure deal closure.

What you bring

  • Experience in selling complex business software, IT solutions, Managed Services, or Cloud.
  • Leadership experience in a team selling environment.
  • Proven success in business application software sales and large, lengthy sales campaigns.
  • Strong negotiation and contractual skills.
