Churchill Living is seeking two experienced Lettings Negotiators for our Ringwood-based team. Reporting to the Lettings Manager, you will manage end-to-end letting processes and property management for retirement apartments nationwide.

You’ll handle appraisals, viewings, tenancy paperwork, and landlord communications, while promoting our lifestyle benefits and ensuring compliance with legislation. A competitive package awaits.

Qualifications

• Previous lettings and/or property management experience is essential.
• ARLA/CELA qualification supported or pursued is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Generating, booking and conducting market appraisals.
• Generating, arranging and following up viewings.
• Negotiating the best possible price for landlords.
• Keeping landlords up to date with marketing of their property.
• Increasing portfolio of available and let properties.
• Preparing and processing tenancy paperwork (new leases, renewals, terminations).
• Processing rental payments and contractor invoices.
• Property management for the fully managed portfolio.
• Arranging EICR, EPCs, inventories and compliance tasks.
