Navantia UK is seeking experienced Riggers to support complex lifting and heavy equipment operations on major industrial projects. The role emphasizes safety, precision, and teamwork, with shifts including day and night times.

• NVQ Level 3 in Moving Engineering Loads or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of LOLER 98 regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of rigging equipment and techniques.
• Ability to work confidently at height.

• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong team ethic and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Attach and secure loads using cables, chains, clamps, and shackles.
• Inspect, prepare and safely manoeuvre heavy equipment.
• Set, align and level machinery on site.
• Select and prepare rigging gear including beams, pulleys, and bolts.
• Conduct pre- and post-rigging inspections.
• Monitor and maintain rigging equipment to ensure safety.
• Work closely with site teams for safe, efficient operations.
• Uphold strict safety standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
