Hours: Full-time, on-site, 40 hours/week over five days

Are you a hands-on technician looking for a long-term role in a unique and dynamic leisure environment?

We're recruiting a Ride Technician to support the day-to-day running of rides, arcade equipment, and operational systems at a leading South West entertainment venue. This is a full-time, permanent role based entirely on-site - ideal for someone with solid technical troubleshooting skills and a desire to learn sector-specific systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and support technical systems across rides, arcades, and point-of-sale terminals

Carry out fault-finding and hands-on repairs for both mechanical and electronic equipment

Work closely with operational staff to minimise equipment downtime

Complete regular preventative maintenance across equipment and infrastructure

Learn and apply technical knowledge specific to this unique entertainment setting

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a hands-on technical or maintenance role

Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn unfamiliar systems on the job

Comfortable working independently as the sole technician on-site

Reliable, proactive, and able to prioritise repairs in a fast-paced environment

Any experience in leisure, amusements, arcades or similar sectors is a bonus
