Qualifications

• RICS qualification is essential for the role.
• Experience as Land Agent, Rural Surveyor or similar rural property role required.
• Experience with rural estates, agricultural property or land management is needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage landlord and tenant relationships and day-to-day estate matters.
• Undertake rent reviews, rent collection and arrears management.
• Advise on agricultural and rural government grants.
• Liaise with Rural Payments Agency and Natural England.
• Prepare and maintain land and property mapping.
• Support agricultural client accounts and reporting.
• Oversee grazing agreements, repairs and maintenance.
• Project manage rural property projects.
• Provide professional advice on rural estate and land management.
