Job summary

Dacre Son & Hartley Limited seeks an experienced Land Agent to join our Agriculture Department in managing a portfolio of rural estates and working closely with our Head of Agriculture.

The successful candidate will have a strong MRICS qualification and a deep understanding of rural land management, landlord and tenant matters, and agricultural property. You will handle rent reviews, estate matters, and projects for clients and tenants.

Qualifications

• RICS-qualified Land Agent with experience in rural property, land agency or agricultural estate management.
• Take responsibility for a portfolio of rural estates while working with the Head of Agriculture.
• Strong understanding of rural land management, landlord and tenant matters and agricultural property.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied workload including rent reviews, rent collection and arrears management, grant applications, estate management and specialist rural projects.
• Act as a key contact for clients and tenants to ensure issues are addressed promptly and estates are managed effectively.

This is an excellent opportunity for a RICS-qualified Land Agent with relevant experience in rural property, land agency or agricultural estate management to take responsibility for their own portfolio of rural estates while working closely with our Head of Agriculture.
